Meet Monica
Meet Monica! Monica is the Senior Area Manager of Security and will celebrate her 3 year anniversary with the Goodwill Columbus team this May!
Monica joined Goodwill Columbus when she was searching for something stable. Her previous employment was in loss prevention, where she was a Site Supervisor, but the job had become too much of a safety hazard.
Because of her past experience, Monica was initially offered an Assistant Area Manager position at Goodwill and has never looked back! Within 6 months, she was promoted to Area Manager, and a few months later after showcasing her skills, Monica was promoted to her current position of Sr. Area Manager!

My Brother’s Closet Helps Dads Show Up in Style
This February, the Franklin County Community Based Correctional Facility (CBCF), hosted a Father–Daughter Dance for fathers participating in its reentry program.
It was a night centered on connection.
Daughters arrived early for hair and nail services. There was a red carpet, dinner, music, and dancing. Each daughter was announced as she walked in, where her dad greeted her with a custom corsage.
Before any of that happened, though, we had the privilege of playing a small role.
