We are pleased to share the recipient of the 2026 Margie Pizzuti Leadership Excellence Award, Ayisha Jones-Boyd, HR Leave & Benefits Administrator!
Ayisha will use the award to obtain the Certified Leave Management Specialist (CLMS) certification through the Disability Management Employer Coalition. This award is made possible through the generosity of the Smith Family and is administered by the Development Department.
Established in 2021, the Margie Pizzuti Leadership Excellence Award honors the 15 years of leadership provided by former President and CEO Margie Pizzuti and recognizes her lasting impact on Goodwill Columbus and the individuals we serve.
The Smith Family, Jim, Cindy, and Ben, created this fund in recognition of Margie’s legacy. Ben has been a valued participant in Goodwill Columbus Adult Day Services for many years, making this award especially meaningful to their family.
As an annual award, the Margie Pizzuti Leadership Excellence Award supports professional development opportunities for Goodwill Columbus staff and departments. Recipients are selected by the CEO, and funding may support individual growth, leadership development, or team-based training opportunities.
