Based on the latest Vision Survey, we heard your feedback on the need for more employee appreciation and recognition. So, this month we’re doing more to celebrate the people who make Goodwill great!
Starting September 1, we are challenging you to shout out your fellow coworkers with an ICARE Award for our September ICARE Challenge!
How it works:
SPOT IT: See a coworker living an ICARE value 👀
SHOUT IT OUT: Submit an ICARE Award via Good Vibes (or scan the QR code in the flyer below) 📣
WIN: Winning individuals and departments will be revealed at the October 8 management meeting, where new prizes will be distributed! 🏆
