Meet Ray! Ray is the General Manager of our Custodial team and has been with Goodwill Columbus since 2022. After retiring early from the Air Force, Ray was interested in getting back into the workforce and Goodwill provided the perfect opportunity!
Ray joined Goodwill with his bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in public administration. Additionally, Ray’s mother used to own a cleaning business and he would often help her run her operation! In his current position, Ray travels frequently around Columbus, managing relationships and interacting with both employees and clients.
Ray enjoys meeting and getting to know the dedicated individuals who make up the Goodwill Columbus team. In 2026, Ray is looking forward to continuing to assist his custodial team in growing and developing the skills in their department. He’s confident that they can reach their full potential through strong leadership, accountability, and professionalism.
