We are incredibly honored to see our Clean Tech Accelerator Program featured on NBC4. As the renewable energy sector grows across Ohio, this intensive 160-hour workforce development initiative is designed to fast-track central Ohio residents directly into high-demand solar careers. In fact, 80% of our very first graduating cohort walked across the stage with job offers already in hand.
Among those inspiring graduates is Serge Kahindo. While working hard to earn his certification, Serge faced immense personal hardships, ultimately living out of his car in the Goodwill parking lot after it broke down. Thanks to his own resilience—and the unwavering, heartfelt support of his instructors and classmates—Serge kept his vision alive. Today, he is officially employed in the industry and thriving.
