This picture is from our warehouse at Brice Road and features our “mobile work crew” from our Work & Community Services (WCS) program.
Our WCS facility offers adult day support for individuals who have a dual diagnosis of a developmental disability and mental illness. At WCS, the ultimate goal is to help clients obtain paid employment opportunities in their community.
The warehouse crew works daily shifts under the guidance of TJ Daniels (front), who transports them to and from Brice Road from the WCS facility. The “guys” learn valuable skills, such as communication, decision-making, and accountability.
