Jenifer Garey is our Director of Workforce Development, and she has been with Goodwill for eight years.
She says, “I am a people person and feel best about my job when I see what opportunities exist for the people we work with. Individuals come to Goodwill for a variety of reasons, so when they complete a training and are ready to start a new job, their excitement is contagious. You can see the difference in them, as they are empowered to start a new life.”
Two fun facts about Jenifer: One of her favorite past jobs was serving as a preschool administrator, and she is a Starbucks zombie!
